High Sensitivity Smoke Detection Systems (HSSD)

These systems are often used where standard detection is not appropriate due to warm environments, dif cult access, tamper proo ng or complex spaces.

HSSD is ideally suited to large public areas such as shopping centres, airports or stadia where evacuations are complex. When used in warehouses, HSSD allows access to more areas whilst reducing the costs of ongoing maintenance and can provide an alternative to beam detection where smoke shea cation may occur.
