Electronic sounders and bells are most commonly used as re alarm warnings, however research shows that people are less likely to react to leave than those presented with a clear and easily understood message.

The integration of PA/VA systems and re detection systems can be used to give intelligible and unambiguous instructions via pre-recorded messages for evacuation. HFS can provide design, installation, commission and maintenance of PA/VA systems meeting the requirements of BS839-8.
